I’ve been on the cellular healing diet for about four weeks now and have been seeing Margie each week since I began. I was diagnosed with MS in 2005. I have been on many disease modifying meds since then, but still have been on a steady decline. I was diagnosed with relapsing/remitting MS which is the form of MS that is associated with getting sick for a period of time, then regaining all functioning and getting better. These episodes can last for up to 6 weeks and can occur several times a year. DMDs can prolong the time and severity in between episodes. I had a really great job as a Sr. Project Manager when I was diagnosed and was able to keep up the fast pace for a while, but then my MS got in the way and I could no longer perform the way I used to. I was let go of my job for performance issues in 2008. I lost my medical insurance and could no longer take medication for my MS. I went downhill during those years and now have Secondary Progressive MS. That is a form of MS where you continually lose functioning without regaining, pretty much a downward spiral until you’re totally disabled.
I saw a thyroid seminar being held at the East Wind given by Margie and her organization. So I went. I knew I needed to do something for my health. I am overweight, suffer from many MS symptoms like vertigo, balance issues, pain, fatigue, and spasticity. I have been heavy all my life and have been on every diet out there. I’ve lost weight, gained it, etc. But, my biggest concern was my ability to walk, and was really afraid of losing that. I made an appointment after the seminar to see Margie and was amazed and the state of my health. It was REALLY bad. I started to change my diet and take supplements and begin the healing process. The first week wasn’t easy at all, actually I think I felt worse than I had in a while! But I stuck with it. I now will not eat wheat or anything with wheat in it and have given up all sugar with the exception of natural sugar in fruit and stevia. I gave up all Splenda and Nutra sweet products. I still eat rice and corn occasionally but would like to give that up too.
The result…It’s only been a few weeks, but I have to tell you I feel incredible. I have so much energy. I actually want to do things! I’ve lost 12 lbs. so far, not much but I’m on a downward path and I’m not starving myself. My muscle has increased and fat decreased. Again, not by much but on that downward turn. My MS symptoms are not gone, but I’m less dizzy, less shaky, and sometimes I feel like I don’t even have MS, which I’ve NEVER felt. Margie says the longer I do this and heal my body and cells the better I’ll feel. Lastly, on Father’s day I went to a BBQ and did cheat…I ate sugary desserts. Well, I immediately felt the difference. I felt bad, tired, sick…so I know for sure this is working. I hope that in a year from now I will be a whole different person!
I hope you do this and see/feel the same results that I do. Good luck!
